Pricing questions

Is billing strictly annual?
Yes, Schedull is billed annually. You are charged once per year and keep access for the full 12 months. You can cancel at any time before the next renewal and you will not be charged again.
What happens when I reach my teacher limit?
Teachers added beyond your plan limit are locked and cannot be edited or used in scheduling until you upgrade to a higher tier. Your existing timetables are never deleted.
Can I upgrade mid-year?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time from the subscription page. The price difference is prorated for the remaining months of your billing period.
Is there a free trial?
We offer multiple trial scenarios so you can explore Schedull before subscribing. You can also request a personalized trial on our trial request page and we will be in touch within one business day.
What is the AI assistant?
The AI assistant lets you describe your scheduling rules in plain language and it translates them into constraints automatically. Basic plans get 5 messages per day, Professional gets 20, and Premium has no limit.
What export formats are supported?
Professional and Premium subscribers can export their timetables in all available formats: PDF, XLSX, ODS, PPTX, PNG zip, and CSV zip. Basic subscribers can view and manage schedules within the application but cannot export.
