Pricing questions

Is billing strictly annual?
Yes, Schedull is billed annually. You are charged once per year and keep access for the full 12 months. You can cancel before the next renewal from the subscription area so the school is not charged for another period.
What happens when I reach my teacher limit?
Teachers added beyond your plan limit are locked and cannot be edited or used in school timetable generation until you upgrade to a higher tier. Existing timetable projects are not deleted. Review plan limits before entering a full staff list for a large school.
Can I upgrade mid-year?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan from the subscription page when your teacher count, export needs, or AI assistant usage changes. The price difference is prorated for the remaining months of your billing period.
Is there a one-week trial?
Yes. Schools can request a one-week trial through the trial request page. Use the trial to enter a realistic timetable sample with teacher availability, rooms, hard rules, soft preferences, and manual review before choosing a paid plan.
What is the AI assistant?
The AI assistant lets you describe timetable needs in plain language and review proposed rules before applying them to a project. It is useful for drafting teacher availability rules, blocked periods, fixed sessions, and other setup details. Basic plans get 5 messages per day, Professional gets 20, and Premium has no limit.
What export formats are supported?
Professional and Premium subscribers can export timetables in all available formats: PDF, XLSX, ODS, PPTX, PNG zip, and CSV zip. Basic subscribers can review and manage schedules in the application but cannot export. Check this page before buying if exports are part of your school workflow.
